Direct Shipping from China for Fast Delivery
At SPORTTNE, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and quickly. To provide the best experience, orders destined for locations outside our local regions are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
Important Note: For destinations in the EU, Europe, and North America, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. By purchasing our products, you agree that your order may be split into multiple packages and that customs duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are not included in the checkout total and may be charged by the relevant customs authorities.

To minimize delivery times, we always ship from the nearest warehouse with available stock:

4. 🚚 Order Tracking
Once your items leave the warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
An overview of the shipped items.
Your unique tracking number.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for status updates to appear in the tracking system.
Due to logistics arrangements, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.

Customs Duties and Fees: For orders shipped to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), additional customs duties or import taxes may apply; these costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
