Return & Refund Policy

✨ Our 30-Day Fit Guarantee

We want you to love your SuraBody shapewear. If the size isn't right or it's not what you expected, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because shapewear is an intimate garment, we have strict hygiene standards to protect our customers. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be initiated for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Hygiene Check: Please try on all shapewear over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, scent (perfume/deodorant), or soil.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards and clearance items marked as "Final Sale".


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@surabody.com with your Order Number (#1234) and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the shipping address.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


3. Exchanges (Recommended)

Need a different size? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or, simply contact support, and we will guide you through a direct exchange.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@surabody.com with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
